摘要
天钢联合特钢通过改善料层透气性、降低漏风率以及提高料温等技术措施,成功实现了1000 mm超厚料层烧结.固体燃耗由改造前的53.08 kg/t降低至41.85 kg/t;外网电耗由26.72(kW·h)/t降低至19.24(kW·h)/t,利用系数由1.38 t/(m2·h)增加到1.87 t/(m2·h).
Tiangang United Special Steel successfully achieved 1000 mm ultra-thick material layer sintering through technical measures such as improving material layer air permeability,reducing air leakage rate and increasing material temperature.The solid fuel consumption was reduced from 53.08 kg/t to 41.85 kg/t;the power consumption was reduced from 26.72(kW·h)/t to 19.24(kW·h)/t,and usage factor of sinter machine was increased from 1.38 t/(m·2 h)to 1.87 t(/m·2 h).
