摘要
为有效提高胜利露天煤矿爆破质量,提高电铲采装效率。提出了大孔径浅孔爆破设计方案和台阶深孔爆破设计方案,对相关爆破参数进行了优化,同时,采用压碴爆破、反向起爆、微差爆破、打加密孔等方式,优化了爆破施工工艺。结果表明:通过优化爆破设计方案和爆破工艺,有效提高了爆破质量,减小了爆破大块率、控制了根底的产生,电铲剥离采装效率提高了约16.30%,创造了较好的经济效益。
In order to effectively improve the blasting quality of Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine and improve the efficiency of shovel mining and loading.The article presents the big aperture shallow hole blasting design scheme and step deep hole blasting design scheme,optimizes the related blasting parameters.We use the pressure blasting,reverse initiation,differential blasting,encryption methods such as hole to optimize the blasting construction technique.The results show that by optimizing blasting design and blasting process,we effectively improve the blasting quality,reduce the rate of blasting chunk,control the generation of the foundation and power shovel strip mining efficiency by about 16.30%,create the good economic benefit.
