摘要
排涝泵站为现浇大体积钢筋混凝土结构,除必须满足强度、耐久性、抗渗性和稳定性的要求外,防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差所产生的温度应力裂缝是大体积混凝土施工要点。以实际工程为例,对大体积混凝土施工工艺进行了详细介绍,从结构设计、原材料选择、配合比、施工安排、施工质量、混凝土温度控制、养护和表面保温等方面采取了综合控制措施。实践证明,可有效控制混凝土裂缝的产生,施工效果良好。
The drainage pumping station is a cast-in-place mass reinforced concrete structure.The mass concrete construction has the key function to prevent the temperature stress cracks caused by the temperature difference due to the heat of cement hydration in addition to meeting the requirements of strength,durability,impermeability and stability.The actual project is adopted as an example,the construction technology of mass concrete is introduced in details.Comprehensive control measures are taken from the aspects of structure design,raw material selection,mix ratio,construction arrangement,construction quality,concrete temperature control,curing and surface insulation,etc.The practice has proved that the concrete cracks can be effectively controlled,and the construction effect is excellent.
