摘要
为解决中小型残积土坝渗漏严重和坝体安全性差等问题,本文以苦湖水库大坝为例,利用高压旋喷桩形成防渗墙对其进行除险加固,详细介绍了包括注浆材料、防渗墙厚、桩体布设和搭接在内的各项施工参数,规范了施工流程和质量控制措施。除险加固工程完工后通过开挖检查、钻孔取芯、压水试验和动力触探四种手段对施工质量进行检验,结果显示:高压旋喷桩可较好地解决水库渗漏问题,且施工速度快、加固效果好,值得推广应用。
Kuhu reservoir dam is adopted as an example in the paper to solve the problem of small and medium-sized residual issue such as serious residual earth dam seepage and poor dam safety,etc.High pressure rotary jet pile is utilized to remove risks and reinforce the anti-seepage walls.Various construction parameters of grouting materials,anti-seepage wall thickness,pile layout and connection are introduced in details.The construction process and quality control measures are standardized.The construction quality is tested by four means of excavation inspection,core drilling,water pressure test and dynamic exploration after the completion of the risk removal reinforcement project.The results show that the high pressure rotary jet piles can be applied for better solving the problem of reservoir seepage.The construction speed is fast,the reinforcement effect is excellent,which is worthy of application.
