Research on comparison of half-cited time and influencing factors between domestic and foreign journals in the library and information science from 2013 to 2017

摘要 目的:观察2013—2017年国外图书情报学期刊被引半衰期变化及其影响因素。方法:以2013—2017年SSCI收录图书情报学期刊为研究对象,调查各年度被引半衰期,并观察不同出版周期、出版语种、出版国家及不同文献计量学指标期刊被引半衰期的差异。结果:SSCI收录图书情报学期刊2013—2017年被引半衰期分别为7.1±1.8,7.4±1.8,7.4±2.0,7.4±2.1,7.6±2.0,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=4.088,P=0.394)。不同国别、不同出版周期、不同语种期刊的被引半衰期也不相同;影响因子较高的图书情报学期刊,其被引半衰期短,总被引频次高的期刊被引半衰期相对较长;期刊引用半衰期越长,其被引半衰期也越长。结论:SSCI收录图书情报学期刊出版国家不同、出版周期不同、不同语种及文献计量学指标不等(总被引频次、影响因子、引用半衰期)期刊,则其被引半衰期也不相同。合理设置期刊出版周期、出版语言采用多语种或英语有可能提高期刊被引时间。 Objective:To investigate the cited half time of SSCI included library information science journal and its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the study of foreign journals cited half time.Methods:Taking SSCI journals of library and information science from 2013 to 2017 as the research object,the cited half time in each year was investigated,and the differences of cited half time in different publishing cycles,publishing languages,publishing countries and different bibliometrics indexes were observed.Results:The cited half time in SSCI journals from 2013 to 2017 was 7.1±1.8,7.4±1.8,7.4±2.0,7.4±2.1,7.6±2.0,respectively,showing no significant difference(χ^2=4.088,P=0.394).The cited half time in different countries,different publication cycles and different languages is different.The cited half time with high influence factor is short and the cited half time with high total citation frequency is relatively long.The longer the citing half time,the longer the cited half time.Conclusion:The cited half time of SSCI journals is different in different publishing countries,publishing cycles,languages and bibliometrics indexes(total cited frequency,influence factors and citing half-life).It is possible to improve the time of journal citation by reasonably setting periodical publication period and adopting multilingual or English language.
