摘要
目的通过调查泰州市某生物质发电厂工人在劳动过程中所接触到的职业病危害因素及检测结果,对其作业场所进行分级,能更好的为用人单位和监管部门提供劳动保护的依据。方法2018年7月,采用现场调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法对泰州市某生物质发电厂工作场所职业病危害作业进行分级。结果泰州市某生物质发电厂Ⅰ级作业岗位(轻度危害)13个,分别为粉碎操作岗位(其他粉尘浓度7.0~8.6 mg/m^3)、灰渣灰库操作岗位(其他粉尘浓度3.4~8.2 mg/m^3)、加氨间巡检岗位(氨浓度10.2~22.0 mg/m^3)、氨罐房巡检岗位(氨浓度11.4~24.0 mg/m^3)、引风机巡检岗位[等效声级86 dB(A)]、汽轮机巡检岗位[等效声级88 dB(A)]和7个燃烧系统高温巡检岗位(温度30.2~32.5℃);0级岗位(安全作业)20个。结论Ⅰ级作业岗位(轻度危害)需加强职业卫生防护设施及措施,控制作业现场的职业病危害因素水平,强化工人个人防护用品的配戴管理,切实保护劳动者身体健康,相关监督部门应加强职业卫生监管和宣传,更好的为劳动者提供劳动保护。
Objective Through the field investigation of the occupational hazard and the detection results of workers in a biomass power plant in Taizhou City,to evaluate the classification of occupational hazard at the workplaces,provide the basis for employer and the supervision department to conduct labor protection.Methods In July 2018,the classification of occupational hazards in the workplace of a biomass power plant in Taizhou City was carried out by means of field investigation and detection of occupational hazards.Results There were 13 Grade I jobs(mild hazards)in the biomass power plant of Taizhou City,namely crushing operation posts(other dust concentrations were 7.0-8.6 mg/m^3),ash repository operation posts(other dust concentrations were 3.4-8.2 mg/m^3),ammonia room inspection posts(ammonia concentrations were 10.2-22.0 mg/m^3),ammonia tank inspection posts(ammonia concentration were 11.4-24.0 mg/m^3),fan inspection posts[equivalent sound level was 86 dB(A)],steam turbine inspection posts[equivalent sound level was 88 dB(A)]and seven high temperature combustion system inspection posts(temperature was 30.2-32.5℃).There were 20 Grade 0 jobs(safe operation).Conclusion Grade I jobs(mild hazards)need to strengthen occupational health protection facilities and measures,control the level of occupational hazard at the workplaces,strengthen the management of wearing personal protective equipment,to protect the health of workers.Relevant supervision departments should strengthen occupational health supervision and publicity to better provide labor protection for workers.
