摘要
2019年10月,中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会、教育部等6部门联合印发《国家产教融合建设试点实施方案》,标志着教育服务产业发展由校企合作走向更深层次。当前,我国职业教育事业蓬勃发展,但在产教融合型城市建设试点实施中,由于利益相关者对产教融合的内涵、实施主体、体制机制建设等缺乏正确认识,存在将产教融合等同于校企合作、政府存在一定程度的缺位、行业组织的参与深度不够、学校在产教融合中的地位弱化等误区。因此,在实施产教融合型城市建设中,要充分发挥地方政府统筹、行业推动、企业主体、学校支撑的作用,以实现人才培养供给侧与产业发展需求侧协调统一,稳步推进产教融合试点工作。
In October,2019,the Implementation Plan for the Pilot Project of the Integration of Industry and Education issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Education and other six departments,PRC,which marked the development of the education served for industry has moved from schoolenterprise cooperation into a deeper situation.With the development of China's education industry greatly,currently,during the implementation the pilot city construction by integrating production and education,due to the stakeholders with the lack of the connotation,the subject,the systems and mechanisms to implement,such as the misunderstanding between the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,the government and industry groups to seldom participate to a certain extent,the status of school to weaken,etc.Therefore,we should fully take advantage of these functions among the government to plan,the business to promote,the enterprise to implement,the school to supplement,so as to realize the coordination of the supply-side of talent training and the industrial development demand-side,and force the integration of industry and education pilot to advance.
