摘要
目的探讨CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞在复发性流产(RSA)患者外周血的表达情况及临床意义。方法通过流式细胞技术检测复发性流产患者和正常健康育龄女性分别在非孕期和早孕期外周血CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞百分比,并分析其临床意义。结果正常健康育龄女性外周血CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞百分比在早孕组显著高于非孕组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RSA患者外周血CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞百分比在非孕组和早孕组,分别均低于同期正常健康育龄女性,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RSA患者外周血CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞百分比与CD3^+CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分比呈正相关(r=0.226,P=0.04),但与CD3^+CD8^+T淋巴细胞、CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞百分比无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论妊娠女性外周血CD19^+CD24^hiCD27^+Breg细胞水平变化可能参与机体母胎免疫耐受状态,其表达不足可能在RSA的发病机制中有重要作用。
Objective This study aims to investigate the expression and the clinical significance of periph⁃eral CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Bregcells in recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expressions of CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Bregcells in the peripheral blood of RSA patients and normal healthy women of reproductive age respectively,during early pregnancy and non⁃pregnancy.Results The percent⁃age of CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Breg cells in peripheral blood of normal healthy women was significantly higher in the early pregnancy group than in the non⁃pregnant group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Breg cells in peripheral blood of patients with RSA was lower than that of nor⁃mal healthy women of reproductive age both in the non⁃pregnancy and in the early pregnancy respectively,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant respectively(P<0.05).Furtherly the percentage of CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Breg cells in peripheral blood of RSA patients was positively correlated with the percentage of peripheral blood CD3^+CD4^+T lymphocytes(r=0.226,P=0.04),but not with CD3^+CD8^+T lymphocytes and CD16^+CD56^+NK cells.Conclusions The changes of CD19^+CD24^hi CD27^+Breg cell levels in peripheral blood of pregnant women may be involved in the maternal fetal immune tolerance status,and its insufficient expression may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RSA.
