摘要
为了提高电渗泵中流体控制输送技术,研究了高zeta电势下非牛顿流体在多孔聚合物膜中的电渗流动,提出了改善电渗泵性能的理论手段。假设多孔聚合物膜为直圆柱形孔阵列,利用幂律流体本构模型和柯西动量方程推出圆柱型单孔内的电渗流模型;假设多孔聚合物膜上的孔径分布服从高斯分布,将多孔聚合物膜上的电渗流量视为流变指数、多孔膜几何参数、电解质浓度、外加电压和zeta电势等参数的函数,计算了不同参数下的流量,预测了以非牛顿流体为工作介质的电渗泵的性能。
To improve the efficient design of fluid flow in electroosmotic pumps,electroosmotic flow of non-Newtonian fluid through porous polymer membrane at high zeta potentials is studied by mainly evaluating the total flow rate at different physical parameters.Non-Newtonian fluid is represented by the power-law model and the porous polymer membrane is considered as arrays of straight cylindrical pores.The electroosmotic flow of non-Newtonian fluid through a single pore is studied.Then under the assumption that the pore size distribution on porous polymer membrane conforms to Gaussian distribution,the performance of electroosmotic pump operating non-Newtonian fluid is evaluated by computing the total flow rate of electroosmotic flow through porous polymer membrane as a function of flow behavior index,geometric parameters of porous membrane,electrolyte concentration,applied voltage and zeta potentials.
