摘要
将挤出造粒、注塑成型及力学性能表征的材料加工和性能表征实验串联起来,设计一个适合材料化学专业的微型综合实验.利用双螺杆挤出机和微型切粒机对聚丙烯(PP)粒料进行挤出造粒,采用微型注塑机使熔融的粒料注塑成型得到矩形的样条,再用冲击试验机及万能材料试验机对成型冷却的样条进行力学性能测试.实验结果表明:该微型化实验体系能够批量制备长方体PP样条(80 mm×10 mm×4 mm),尺寸均一,具有良好的力学性能,最大弯曲应力普遍在30 kN/m2左右,最大载荷量达到57.32 N.当色母粒在聚丙烯基体中的添加比例为20%时可得到外观颜色较好的产品.
The extruding granulation,injection molding and mechanical property characterization is combined as a micro-comprehensive experimental case for material chemistry.In this experiment,the polypropylene granulator was extruded and granulated by twin screw extruder and micro granulator.Then the resulting molten granule is injected for molding by a micro-injection molding machine.The mechanical properties of the final molding sample are tested by impact testing machine and universal material testing machine.The experimental results show that the miniaturized experimental system can fabricate cuboid PP splines(80 mm×10 mm×4 mm),which have uniform size and good mechanical properties.The maximum bending stress is about 30 kN/m2,and the maximum load can reach 57.32 N.When the proportion of color masterbatch in polypropylene matrix is 20%,the product with good appearance can be successfully obtained.
