摘要
目的研究EBM-PBL在胃肠外科临床教学中的效果评价。方法以滨州医学院临床医学专业实习学生为研究对象,共66人,分两个组,试验组采用EBM-PBL教学法,共33名学生;对照组采用PBL教学法,共33名学生。对两组实习生综合能力成绩进行比较。调查问卷调查学生对两种教学模式的满意度。结果试验组与对照组实习生的理论知识成绩分别是(41.63±2.43)与(32.06±2.24),思维能力是(41.39±2.10)与(31.42±1.92),总成绩为(83.03±3.44)与(63.49±3.07),提供高级别证据的比例为52.6%与26.4%,试验组均高于对照组,具有统计学意义。教学满意度试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论EBM-PBL有助于提高学生理论知识、思维能力、教学效率和满意度,也有助于培养学生的证据意识,从而有利于提高学生的自主学习能力、分析解决问题能力。
Objective To investigate the evaluation of evidence based medicine combined problem-based learning in clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 66 clinical undergraduate students of Binzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.EBM-PBL was applied in experimental group including 33 students,PBL was applied in the control group including 33 students.The two groups of interns'comprehensive ability and investigate the interns'satisfaction with the two teaching modes were compared.Results The result of students in the experimental group and the control group are respectively.Theoretical knowledge(41.63±2.43 vs 32.06±2.24),thinking ability(41.39±2.10 vs 31.42±1.92),total score(83.03±3.44 vs 63.49±3.07),The proportion of high level evidences that provided(52.6%vs 26.4%),the scores of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,it have statistically significant differences.The satisfaction rate of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EBM-PBL was conducive to the improvement the students'level of the knowledge,clinical thinking,teaching efficiency and satisfaction.EBM-PBL cultivate the students'awareness of evidence so as to enhance their self-learning and analytical problem-solving ability.
