摘要
食管癌是我国五大恶性肿瘤之一,根治性同期放化疗是非手术治疗局部晚期食管癌患者的首选治疗方法,本文围绕现今局部晚期食管癌根治性放化疗的热点问题,综述了食管癌根治性放射治疗的规范以及进展,包括放射治疗技术的选择、放射治疗剂量的中西方差异、放射治疗累及野照射与淋巴引流区预防照射的争议以及同期放化疗方案中化疗方案的选择等。
Esophageal cancer is one of the five major carcinomas occurred in China.Definitive chemoradiotherapy is the standard treatment for non-surgical locally advanced esophageal cancer patients.This article reviews the hotspots and progress of definitive chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced esophageal cancer,including the choice of radiotherapy techniques,the differences of the radical radiotherapy dose between China and western countries,the controversy of the involved field irradiation and the elective nodal irradiation,and the choice of concurrent chemotherapy regimens,etc.
