摘要
目的探讨双嘧达莫联合维生素C对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的临床疗效以及炎性指标的影响。方法选择我院2017年8月至2019年10月收治的HSP患儿60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组患儿急性期采用地塞米松治疗,症状缓解后采用泼尼松、马来酸氯苯那敏、葡萄糖酸钙治疗;干预组患儿在对照组基础上给予双嘧达莫联合维生素C治疗;两组均治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿治疗前后的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果干预组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P <0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的TNF-α、 IL-6、 CRP水平均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),且干预组的TNF-α、 IL-6、 CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论双嘧达莫联合维生素C治疗HSP患儿可有效提高常规治疗的临床疗效,改善炎性指标,缓解临床症状。
Objective To explore the effects of dipyridamole combined with vitamin C on the clinical efficacy and inflammatory indicators of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods 60 children with HSP admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with dexamethasone at the acute stage,and then treated with prednisone,chlorpheniramine maleate and calcium gluconate after symptom relief.Children in the intervention group were treated with dipyridamole combined with vitamin C on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The levels of serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 63.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dipyridamole combined with vitamin C in the treatment of HSP children can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of conventional treatment,improve inflammatory indicators,and relieve clinical symptoms.
