摘要
基于企业内外部视角,结合社会网络关系理论和企业创新的内涵,本研究构建关系强度与创新意愿和创新能力的理论模型,探索内部关系强度对外部关系强度的间接效应,并以武汉、北京等地266家高新技术产业园区战略性新兴产业企业为调研对象,运用相关统计软件对问卷数据进行处理和分析。研究结果表明:外部关系强度与企业创新意愿呈倒U形关系;外部关系强度和内部关系强度均对企业创新能力有正向影响;适度的内部关系强度正向调节外部关系强度与企业创新能力之间的作用。研究结论拓展了对企业创新网络与创新能力之间关系的认知,也为企业的内外部关系强度平衡和创新能力提升提供了建议。
From the external and internal perspectives,it constructed the structure model of tie strength and technological innovation based on social network theory and the connotation of innovation,and revealed whether and how internal tie strength affected the effectiveness of external tie strength during innovation activities.To test the proposed model,it disposed and analyzed the data from 266 firms of strategic emerging industries located in large cities like Wuhan and Beijing using the statistic tools.According to the empirical analysis,several findings are as follows.The relationship between external tie strength and innovation willingness presents an inverted U-shape.Both external tie strength and internal tie strength positively affect innovation capacity.Internal tie strength positively moderates the relationship between external tie strength and innovation capacity.The research results not only deepen the understanding of the relationship between innovation network and innovation capacity,but also provide suggestions for the enterprises'relationship network management and innovation capacity improvement.
