摘要
本研究选取CNKI数据库以劳动关系为主题的论文作为研究样本,运用CiteSpace等科学可视化工具,绘制中国劳动关系研究的关键词共现知识图谱及关键词战略图,展示该领域研究全景、发展轨迹、研究热点和趋势。研究发现:1949-1994年,该领域主要研究多元化劳动关系时期的劳动关系发展;1995-2007年,劳动法和劳动合同法成为研究的重点领域;2008-2018年,重点关注劳动者权益保障和集体协议方面的内容。劳动关系未来研究热点是新时代背景下的劳动关系和谐发展理论与实证研究。
This study reviews the published papers on the subject of labor relations of CNKI as the research sample, and employs scientific visualization tools such as CiteSpace to draw the keyword co-occurrence knowledge map and keyword strategy map of China’s labor relations research, showing the research panorama in this field and its development trajectory and research hotspots and trends. The paper finds that, from1949 to 1994, this field mainly studied the development of labor relations during the period of pluralistic labor relations;from 1995 to 2007, labor law and labor contract law became the key areas of research;and from 2008 to 2018, its focus was turned on the protection of laborers’ rights and interests, and collective agreements. The future research focus of labor relations will be the theory and empirical research on the harmonious development of labor relations in the new era.
