摘要
矿业是为国民经济发展提供原材料的重要基础产业,矿业产业结构的优化能够促进矿业的可持续发展。矿业产业内产值结构、劳动力结构、技术结构、资产结构现状表明,煤炭开采和洗选业、石油和天然气开采业是采矿业中的重点行业,也是矿业产业结构优化升级的关键。当前,矿业产业结构面临产业集中度低、创新能力不足以及矿业开发与生态环境保护的矛盾突出等问题。因此,矿业产业结构的优化要从完善资产结构、技术结构、劳动力结构做起,进而提高矿业的产业集中度和推动科技创新,同时要鼓励海外矿业投资,加快推进生态化转型。
Mining industry is an important basic industry to provide raw materials for the development of national economy.The optimization of mining industry structure can promote the sustainable development of mining industry.The current situation of the internal output value structure,labor force structure,technology structure and asset structure of the mining industry shows that the coal mining and washing industry,oil and gas mining industry are the key industries in the mining industry,and also the key to the optimization of the mining industry structure.At present,the industrial structure of mining industry is faced with the problems of low industrial concentration,lack of innovation ability and prominent contradiction between mining development and ecological environment protection.Therefore,the optimization of mining industry structure should start from improving the asset structure,technical structure and labor structure,and then improve the industrial concentration of mining industry and promote scientific and technological innovation.At the same time,it should encourage overseas mining investment and accelerate the ecological transformation.
