地下金属矿山高精度微震监测系统的研发与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为防范、治理深井开采面临的地压安全隐患问题,应急管理部提出开采深度800 m及以上的地下矿山,必须采用实时在线地压监测系统。本文分析了地下金属矿山通常采用的地压监测手段,以及金属矿山微震监测技术的国内外研究现状,研发了一种适用于地下金属矿山的BSN高精度微震监测系统,并在国内某金属矿推广应用。该系统对标南非IMS微震监测系统,提高了采集传感器的灵敏度,优化了传感器安装方式,增加了高信噪比传输技术,提高了产品在复杂的工况环境下的抗干扰能力,具备与矿山的三维交互功能,提高了微震监测系统与矿山开采工艺流程的结合度和软件的人性化程度,对矿山的安全指导更加便利与具体,形成了高效监测、自动处理、深入分析、预警预报及灾害防控等综合性地压监测解决方案。 In order to prevent and control the hidden dangers of ground pressure faced by deep well mining,the Emergency Management Department proposed that underground mines with a mining depth of 800 meters and above must adopt a real-time online ground pressure monitoring system.This paper analyzes the ground pressure monitoring methods commonly used in underground metal mines,and the domestic and foreign research status of metal mine microseismic monitoring technology,develops a BSN high-precision microseismic monitoring system for underground metal mines,and promotes it in a domestic metal mine application.The system benchmarks South Africa's IMS microseismic monitoring system,which improves the sensitivity of the acquisition sensor,optimizes the sensor installation method,adds high signal-to-noise ratio transmission technology,and improves the anti-interference ability of the product under complex working conditions.The three-dimensional interactive function improves the integration of the microseismic monitoring system with the mining process and the humanization of the software.It is more convenient and specific for the safety guidance of the mine,forming efficient monitoring,automatic processing,in-depth analysis,early warning and forecasting and disasters.Comprehensive ground pressure monitoring solutions for prevention and control.
