极近距离煤层过穿层空巷关键技术研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对极近煤层综采工作面过穿层空巷时易发生冒顶及支架被压垮等问题,结合石圪台煤矿22306工作面过穿层空巷工程实践,运用现场观测和理论分析的方法,对穿层空巷顶板失稳机理及危险性进行了分析,采用穿层空巷提前启封分段补强支护、控制采高、掌握层位关系、合理设计推采方案、矿压观测及规律分析、等压贯通、快速推进等技术手段,顺利通过了穿层空巷。通过过穿层空巷前后矿压观测及规律分析,穿层空巷分段补强支护等综合技术的应用起到了良好的实效效果,可以有效解决极近距离煤层过穿层空巷可能引发的顶板事故的问题。 In view of the problems such as roof falling and support collapsing easily when passing through the through roadway in the fully mechanized working face of the extremely close coal seam,combining with the engineering practice of passing through the through roadway in 22306 working face of Shigetai coal mine,using the method of field observation and theoretical analysis,the paper analyzes the instability mechanism and danger of the roof of the through roadway through,and adopts the method of opening in advance and strengthening support in sections,controlling the mining height and palm the technical means,such as holding the horizon relationship,reasonable design of push mining scheme,observation and regular analysis of mine pressure,constant pressure breakthrough and rapid advance,have passed through the tunnel successfully.Through the observation of the mine pressure before and after passing through the seam and the analysis of the law,the application of the comprehensive technology such as the sectional reinforcement and support of the seam and the tunnel has achieved a good effect,which can effectively solve the problem of roof accidents caused by passing through the seam and the tunnel in a very short distance.
