摘要
目的:探究育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的卵巢超声影像学特征。方法:将笔者所在医院2017年2月-2019年2月收治的50例育龄期PCOS患者作为观察组,另选取50例笔者所在医院同期收治的单纯卵巢多囊性改变患者为对照组。两组均进行阴道超声检查,并采用化学发光酶联免疫法测定各项激素水平。结果:观察组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、血清睾酮、垂体泌乳素、雌二醇水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组收缩期峰值血流速度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血流阻力指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将卵巢超声检查应用于POCS患者,能直观、准确地显示POCS患者的卵巢特征,有效测出卵巢血流图像,为POCS的临床诊治提供可靠参考,此方法值得应用与推广。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of ovarian ultrasound imaging in childbearing age patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 50 cases of PCOS patients of childbearing age admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were taken as the observation group,and 50 patients with simple polycystic ovarian changes admitted in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Vaginal ultrasound examination was performed in both groups,and hormone levels were determined by chemiluminescence enzyme-linked immunoassay.Result:Luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,serum testosterone,pituitary prolactin and estradiol levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak systolic blood flow velocity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood resistance index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ovarian ultrasound examination to POCS patients can visually and accurately display the ovarian characteristics of POCS patients,effectively measure the ovarian blood flow image,and provide a reliable reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of POCS.This method is worthy of application and promotion.
