急诊早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭应用呼吸机治疗的效果 被引量:14

Effect of Ventilator Therapy on Respiratory Failure Caused by Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning in Early Emergency Department

摘要 目的:分析急诊早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者应用呼吸机治疗的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年5月-2019年5月收治急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者100例,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组50例使用常规治疗及鼻导管或面罩吸氧,研究组50例在对照组基础上使用呼吸机治疗,对两组治疗效果、相关指标及生活质量进行比较。结果:研究组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自主呼吸恢复时间(7.41±1.73)h、意识恢复时间(7.87±1.91)h、住院时间(9.95±1.84)d,均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义;研究组生活质量评分为(80.26±16.93)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸机治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者,能缩短患者康复时间,改善其生活质量,还能提高治疗效果。 Objective:To analyze the effect of ventilator therapy on respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the early stage of emergency.Method:One hundred patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Fifty patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nasal catheter or mask suction oxygen,and fifty patients in the study group were treated with ventilator on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,related indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group of spontaneous breathing recovery time was(7.41±1.73)h,consciousness recovery time was(7.87±1.91)h,and hospitalization time was(9.95±1.84)d,which were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was(80.26±16.93)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ventilator can treat patients with respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,which can shorten the recovery time,improve their quality of life,and improve the therapeutic effect.
