全面总结了欧洲投资银行贷款造林项目的成功经验,并针对问题提出合理化建议,以期对辽宁地区的造林活动提供参考、借鉴。
The successful experience of the European investment bank loan afforestation project was summarized,and some reasonable suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for the afforestation activities in Liaoning Province.
