摘要
口腔不良修复是指牙体修复期间因操作不当导致患者口腔内膜组织破坏,患者以口腔异味、牙龈出血、基牙松动等不良反应为主,为患者后续正常生活造成不利影响。口腔修复体不良会影响患者牙齿基本功能,如咀嚼功能及美观程度,严重情况下,会表现为颞颌关节紊乱症,当严重时,会合并多种全身疾病。因各地区经济发展水平不均衡,口腔修复机构医疗水平相应产生层次不齐,多数患者不懂口腔修复尝试或贪图省钱嫌麻烦,接受设计不科学、制作工艺差修复体。随着时间推移,危害性显露出来,影响咀嚼功能。因此,加强对口腔不良修复体防治措施干预对促进患者口腔健康起着重要临床意义。文章中结合医院实际情况,对口腔不良修复体中常见不良反应进行阐述,并予以合理防治措施干预,对其应用情况如下总结,为后续临床工作者深入研究提供理论依据。
Defective prosthesis refers to the injury of oral mucosa induced by the improper procedures of dental restoration.Patient’s major adverse reactions like bad breath,gingival bleeding and loosed abutment may produce serious effects in patient’s daily life.The defective prosthesis may not only affect the ansthetics and masticatory function,but also generate the temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome and even systemic diseases.With the unbalance of regional economic development,there were multiple medical levels in these prosthodontic institutions.Most of patients that had no ideas about dental restoration,and expected to save money or avoid troubles would receive the poor prosthesis in a non-scientific manner.Over time,related damages would be appeared so as to affect the masticatory function.Therefore,the prevention measures of prosthesis are of great significance to patient’s oral health.In this paper,our actual hospital conditions and the common adverse reactions have been expounded to put forward the reasonable control measures of defective prosthesis and provide theory basis on the subsequent research.
