摘要
目的了在小儿肺炎护理中应用针对性护理,并分析其护理效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年7月-2019年6月在医院治疗的120例肺炎患儿,将其分为两组。对照组60例,采取常规儿科护理;观察组60例,采取针对性护理。对比两组患儿的护理效果及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿咳嗽、发热、气喘、肺部啰音等症状缓解时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患儿家属的总满意率为95.00%,对照组为81.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎护理中合理运用针对性护理可提高护理效果,缩短患儿康复时间,患儿家属满意度更高。
Objective To apply targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing,and analyze the effect of nursing and the impact on nursing satisfaction.Methods 120 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.Control group 60 cases,take routine pediatric nursing;Observation group 60 cases,take targeted care.The nursing effect and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time and hospitalization time of cough,fever,asthma,lung rale and other symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the family members of the children in the observation group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 81.67%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational application of targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing can improve the nursing effect,shorten the recovery time of children,children’s family satisfaction is higher.
