摘要
以智能技术创新教师教育正成为当前破解教师专业发展困境的新途径。在此背景下,本研究从当前教师教育存在的突出问题入手,以建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍为目标,基于人工智能新技术、新工具、新理念,围绕教师教育模式、课程、环境、资源、师资与评价构建智能时代的教师教育创新发展路径,并总结其发展趋势:教师教育模式丰富化,校企协同走向深度化;教师教育环境智能化,全面支持教师专业发展;教师教育资源多样化,个性化学习成常态;教师教育师资多元化,人机协同教学成标配;教师教育测评精准化,助力职前职后紧密衔接。随后,提出了推动教师教育发展的建议,以期为智能时代教师教育发展提供参考。
Innovating teacher education through intelligent technology has become a new route to break the plight of teachers’professional development.Under such background,this research begins with the outstanding issues exiting in present teacher education,aims to build a group of professional innovative teachers with high quality,based on the new technology,new instruments and new ideas of artificial intelligence and centered on teachers’teaching mode,courses,environment,resources,faculty and evaluation,constructs the innovative developmental routes of teacher education in intelligent era,and concludes its developmental trends:the teacher education modes are enriched,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises is deepened;teachers’educational environment is intelligentized,and teachers’professional development is supported comprehensively;teachers’educational resources are varied,and personalized study is normalized;the faculty is diversified,and man-machine coordination teaching is standardized;the assessment of teacher education is accurized,and the close connection between pre-service and post-employment is assisted.After that,this paper has put forward the suggestions of pushing the development of teacher education,hoping to provide reference for the development of teacher education in the intelligent era.
