摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,市场环境越来越优质,供应链金融模式在我国金融行业脱颖而出,这种新发展模式给经济社会各个方面都带来了极大的机会,尤其给中小企业融资带来了重大机遇。文中系统解释了供应链金融的含义与特征以及供应链金融的三种基本融资模式,即应收账款融资模式、预付账款融资模式、存货质押融资模式。研究分析了供应链金融模式的优势与作用,并针对供应链金融模式促进中小企业融资提出政策性建议。
With the development of China's economy and society,the market environment is getting better and better.The supply chain finance model has emerged in China's financial industry.This new development model has brought great opportunities to all aspects of the economy and society,especially to small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper systematically explains the meaning and characteristics of supply chain finance,and three basic financing modes of supply chain finance,namely accounts receivable financing mode,prepayment financing mode and inventory pledge financing mode.This paper studies and analyzes the advantages and functions of the supply chain financial model,and puts forward policy suggestions for the supply chain financial model to promote the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.
