摘要
北京市海淀区玉渊潭乡住宅用地灌注桩项目中,在研究大量自平衡法桩基检测的基础上,研究桩身轴力和侧摩阻力的分布规律。介绍设计参数的选取和试验过程,对监测数据进行整理、计算、分析后证明,实测的桩侧摩阻力与实际值接近,验证了自平衡法的可靠性。对桩轴力和侧摩阻力与深度的曲线关系进行分析后,总结出自平衡法桩身轴力自下向上传递,其值随深度增加而增加,荷载越大,增幅越快;桩身下部侧摩阻力比上部先起作用,并较快趋于稳定的规律。
In Beijing Haidian District Yuyuantan Township residential land cast-in-place pile project,on the basis of studying a large number of self-balancing method of pile foundation detection,the distribution law of pile body axial force and lateral friction resistance was studied.Introduce the selection of design parameters and the test process.After sorting,calculating and analyzing the monitoring data,it is proved that the measured frictional resistance of the pile side is close to the actual value,and the reliability of the self-balancing method is verified.After analyzing the relationship between the axial force of the pile and the lateral friction resistance and depth,it is concluded that the self-balancing method transmits the axial force of the pile body from bottom to top,and its value increases with depth.The larger the load,the faster the increase;the resistance acts before the upper part and tends to stabilize more quickly.
