金厂河多金属矿尾砂胶结充填试验研究 被引量:15

Experimental Study on Cemented Backfill with Tailings in Jinchanghe Polymetallic Mine

摘要 为保障金厂河多金属矿充填系统的正常运行,亟需确定适合矿山条件的最佳充填参数。通过矿山取样和实验室试验研究,结合矿山采矿方法所需的胶结充填体强度,确定了一步骤采场充填料浆浓度为72%,底部采用分级尾砂胶结充填,灰砂比为1∶4;中上部采用全尾砂胶结充填,灰砂比为1∶6。研究成果可为确定同类矿山尾砂胶结充填参数提供参考。 In order to ensure the normal operation of the filling system in Jinchanghe Polymetallic Mine,it was necessary to determine the best filling parameters suitable for the mine conditions.Based on the mining sampling and laboratory tests,combined with the cemented backfill strength required by mining methods,it was determined that the filling slurry concentration in one-step stope was 72%.The bottom of the stope was cemented with graded tailings,and the cement-sand ratio was 1∶4.The middle and upper parts were cemented with full tailings,and the cement-sand ratio was 1∶6.The research results can provide a reference for the determination of filling parameters of cemented filling with tailings in similar mines.
