孤独症儿童、发育迟缓儿童和语言障碍儿童早期语言表达的异同 被引量:18

摘要 目的:通过比较孤独症儿童、发育迟缓儿童和语言障碍儿童早期语言表达水平的异同,探讨神经发育障碍儿童早期语言发展的普遍规律与特殊表征。方法:采用《汉语沟通发展量表(词汇和句子)》对比学龄前孤独症儿童、发育迟缓儿童和语言障碍儿童在词汇、语法和语用沟通范畴内的语言表达水平。结果:在匹配年龄、性别和词汇总分的前提下,三组儿童在词汇、语法和语用沟通范畴内大部分项目的表达水平上并无显著差异,但孤独症儿童更少使用体标记"了"或"过",也更少谈论涉及"过去"的话题。结论:孤独症儿童、发育迟缓儿童和语言障碍儿童的早期语言表达具有相似之处,符合"多维一致假说"的预测;但孤独症儿童具有语言表达的异质性特征,存在着某些语言范畴内的特定缺损现象。 Objective:This study attempts to explore the similarities and differences of early expressive language development among children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),children with developmental delay(DD)and children with language disorder(LD).Methods:Expressive language profiles of 41 children with ASD,41 children with DD and 32 children with LD were assessed via the Putonghua Communicative Development Inventory(PCDI),comparing children’s lexical,grammatical and pragmatic production.Overall vocabulary level,age and genderwere matched across three groups.Results:3 groups of children with neurodevelopmental disorders scored comparably in most of the vocabulary,grammar and pragmatic measures on the PCDI.But children with ASD produced less perfective aspect marker“le”and experiential aspect marker“guo”,and they were less likely to talk about the past,compared to the other two groups.Conclusion:The similarities of early expressive language profiles across these three types of preschoolers with neurodevelopmental disorders support a dimensional account of basic language development.However,expressive language development in children with ASD exhibits heterogeneity within language domains.
