摘要
为实现DCS(Distributed Control System)控制系统与在线傅里叶红外光谱仪之间的高速、准确通讯,根据工业现场的需求,设计采用倍福公司的CX8090嵌入式控制器及数字输入模块、Modbus通讯模块实现数据实时传输。在该系统中TwinCAT做主站,DCS为从站,分析了基于C++与TwinCAT之间的通讯、实现数据交互的原理及实现的方法。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确可靠、快速地完成数据的传输。
In order to achieve high-speed and accurate communication between DCS control system and online Fourier infrared spectrometer,according to the needs of industrial site,it is designed by real-time data transmission using CX8090 embedded controller and digital input module,and Modbus communication module.In this system,TwinCAT is the master station and DCS is the slave station.The principle of communication between C++and Twin-CAT are analyzed,and the method of data interaction and the implementation principle of method is realized.The experimental results show that the system can complete the data transmission accurately,reliably and quickly.
