摘要
从原料、设备、织造工艺3方面探讨影响再生涤纶针织物毛坯质量的因素。结果表明,所用原料再生涤纶的粗细不匀、条干不匀、色差等因素影响毛坯的表面质量,会造成面料表面横路、污渍等疵点。设备精度和设备配件影响毛坯的表面质量,设置不当会引起面料表面横路、直条等疵点。编织工艺中的进纱张力、线圈长度和卷布张力也会影响毛坯质量,设置不当会造成面料表面横路、直条及表面风格差异等。同时,针对上述问题给出了合理的参数设置建议。
This paper mainly discusses the factors that affect the quality of recycled polyester knitted gray fabric in terms of raw materials,equipment and knitting technology.The results show that the recycled polyester yarn’s fineness unevenness and color difference affect the surface quality of the greige fabric,resulting in defects such as barriness and stains on the surface of the fabric.Equipment precision and equipment accessories affect the surface quality of the greige fabric,and improper setting will cause defects such as barriness and stripiness on the surface of the fabric.The yarn tension,loop length and take-away tension of the knitting process will also affect the quality of the greige fabric,and improper setting will cause yarn variation,stripiness and appearance differences.At the same time,in view of the above problems,the reasonable parameter setting suggestions are given.
