下腔静脉超声评估在重症患者中应用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 下腔静脉(inferior vena cava,IVC)作为人体最大直径的静脉系统,其形态及动态变化与血流动力学状态有着重要的联系。近年来,随着重症超声技术的普及,越来越多的研究进一步证实了下腔静脉超声对中心静脉压(central venous pressure,CVP)、右心房压(right atrial pressure,RAP)等容量状态参数及容量反应性(fluid responsiveness,FR)评估的可行性,同时评估技术及流程规范也在逐渐完善,其对重症患者的治疗显得越来越具有指导意义。 Inferior vena cava(IVC), as the largest diameter vein system in human body, its morphology and dynamic changes have an important relationship with the hemodynamic state of the body. In recent years, with the popularity of critical ultrasound technology, more and more research have further confirmed the feasibility of inferior vena cava ultrasound to evaluate the parameters of central venous pressure(CVP), right atrial pressure(RAP) and fluid responsiveness(FR). At the same time, the evaluation technology and process specification are gradually improving, and becoming more and more instructive for the treatment of critically ill patients.
