摘要
地方高校聚集了大量的资源,在培养人才的同时也可以运用科研力量与军民企业展开协同创新,从而提升军民企业的竞争力、促进国民经济的发展。研究地方高校参与军民融合的机理,分析其面临的困境,并提出相应的对策建议,以期地方高校在军民融合中取得更大的成就。
Local universities have gathered a large amount of resources,and while cultivating talents,they can also use scientific research power to carry out collaborative innovation with military and civilian enterprises,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of military and civilian enterprises and promoting the rapid development of the national economy.This paper studies the mechanism of local universities participating in military-civilian integration,analyzes the dilemma they face,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to enable local universities to achieve greater achievements in military-civilian integration.
