摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和《国家教育事业发展第十三个五年规划》中,对应用型人才培养模式建立提出了更高的要求。当前高校应用型人才培养,理念落后、定位不清,课程体系不合理,师资力量紧缺,实践教学不足以及实践评价机制不健全等问题突出,如何建立完善应用型人才培养体系是当前高校教育改革的重点。本文通过对高校应用型人才培养模式的现状和存在问题进行分析,为应用型人才培养模式的完善提出可行性建议,当前应用型人才培养的关键就是要建立开放、综合、多维的实践体系。
In"National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)"and"The 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education",higher requirements are put forward to the establishment of applied talent training mode.At present,the application of talents in colleges and universities is backward,unclear,the curriculum system is irrational,the shortage of teachers,the lack of practical teaching and the imperfect evaluation mechanism.At present,how to establish and improve the application-oriented talent training system is the focus of current college education reform.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of Applied Talents in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the improvement of the training mode of applied talents.The key to the cultivation of applied talents is to establish an open,comprehensive and multi-dimensional practice system.
