摘要
目的考察可溶性淀粉、微晶纤维素、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、玉米糊精、预胶化淀粉对枸杞颗粒吸湿性及成型性的影响。方法应用4种吸湿动力学模型(Higuchi、Weibull、二项式、对数)进行数据拟合,以吸湿性、成型性、溶化性、外观为指标筛选药用辅料,测定临界相对湿度。结果浸膏、微晶纤维素、可溶性淀粉比例为2∶1∶1时,枸杞颗粒在2.4 min内完全溶解,成型率为87.95%,平衡吸湿率为15.08%。结论微晶纤维素-可溶性淀粉混合物可有效降低枸杞颗粒吸湿性,并改善其成型性。
AIM To investigate the effects of soluble starch, microcrystalline cellulose, dextrin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, maltodextrin and pregelatinized starch on the hygroscopicity and formability of Lycii Fructus granules.METHODS Four hygroscopic kinetic models(Higuchi, Weibull, binomial, logarithm) were adopted in data fitting. Hygroscopicity, formability, solubility and appearance were taken as indices to screen pharmaceutical excipients, and critical relative humidity was determined.RESULTS At the ratio of extract, microcrystalline cellulose and soluble starch of 2∶1∶1, the Lycii Fructus granules were completely dissolved within 2.4 min, along with the molding rate and equilibrium moisture absorption rate of 87.95% and 15.08%, respectively.CONCLUSION The mixture of microcrystalline cellulose and soluble starch can effectively decrease Lycii Fructus granules’ hygroscopicity and improve their formability.
