摘要
目的研究小大黄Rheum pumilum Maxim.的化学成分。方法小大黄70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为丹叶大黄素(1)、姜酮(2)、5,7-二羟基-异苯唑呋喃(3)、3-acetyl-2-methyl-1,5-dihydroxy-2,3-epoxynaphthoquinol(4)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(5)、3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、lyoniresinol(8)、4-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy)benzaldehyde (9)、 6-O-(4′-hydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxybenzoyl)-D-glucopyranose (10)、3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid (11)、 ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Rheum pumilum Maxim..METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from R.pumilum was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RE-SULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as rhapontigenin(1),zingerone(2),5,7-dihydroxy-isobenzofuran(3),3-acetyl-2-methyl-1,5-dihydroxy-2,3-epoxynaphthoquinol(4),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzoic acid(5),3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(6),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7),lyoniresinol(8),4-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy)benzaldehyde(9),6-O-(4′-hydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxybenzoyl)-D-glucopyranose(10),3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid(11),ethyl-β-D-glucopyr-anoside(12).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
