摘要
“十三五”期间,第一产业和第二产业的节能减排潜力逐步减少,节能减排工作的重心逐渐转移到占比越来越高的第三产业。交通运输业作为第三产业的能耗主体,对交通行业的节能减排工作进行总结与思考显得尤为迫切。着眼于上海市交通行业节能减排新形势,分析上海市交通行业重点用能单位的用能现状,研究节能减排举措,重点剖析交通行业用能特征及趋势,提出交通节能减排工作相关措施和建议。
During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the potential of energy conservation and emission reduction in the primary and secondary industry gradually decreased,and the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction work shifted to the tertiary industry,which has an increasing proportion.As the transportation industry occupies the main body of energy consumption in the tertiary industry,it is very impendency to summarize and reflect on the energy conservation and emission reduction work in the transportation industry.This article focuses on the new situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in Shanghai's transportation industry,analyzes the energy consumption status of key energy-consuming units in Shanghai's transportation industry,focuses on analyzing the characteristics and trends of energy consumption in transportation industry,studies energy conservation and emission reduction measures,and proposes relevant measures and suggestions for energy conservation and emission reduction in transportation.
