摘要 目的:运用系统评价方法评价混合式教学在护理课程教学中的效果,为混合式教学是否适用于护理学教学提供证据。方法:检索CNKI、CBM和万方数据库从建库至2019年10月的文献资料,由两位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,对纳入研究的文献进行质量评价后,采用R3.6.1进行meta分析、发表偏倚分析,采用Grade profiler 3.6对研究结果进行证据等级评价。结果:共纳入26个研究,试验组3409例,对照组3446例。Meta分析结果显示:混合式教学与传统教学相比,混合教学组的考试成绩更高,且有统计学意义,[MD=4.00,95%CI(3.41,4.59),P<0.0001],[SMD=0.59,95%CI(0.49,0.68),P<0.0001]。Grade profiler证据等级评价为中等证据。结论:混合教学模式相比传统教学模式,能提高护生的学习成绩,提高教学质量。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of blended learning in nursing course teaching by using systematic evaluation method,and to provide evidence for the applicability of blended learning in nursing course teaching.Methods:CNKI,CBM and Wanfang databases were searched from the establishment to October 2019.After the quality evaluation of the literatures included in the study,R3.6.1 was used for meta-analysis and publication bias analysis,and grade profiler 3.6 was used for evidence grade evaluation.Results:A total of 26 studies were included,3409 in the experimental group and 3446 in the control group.The results of meta analysis showed that compared with the traditional teaching,the test scores of the blended learning group were higher and statistically significant[MD=4.00,95%CI(3.41,4.59),P<0.0001],[SMD=0.59,95%CI(0.49,0.68),P<0.0001].Grade profiler evidence level was evaluated as moderate evidence.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the blended learning can improve the learning performance and teaching quality of nursing students.
