脊髓型颈椎病致病因素及手术治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 颈椎病是因椎间盘退行性病变及继发改变导致脊髓、神经等受压所表现出的一系列临床症状。脊髓型颈椎病是颈椎病中最为严重的类型,以四肢麻木无力、感觉及运动障碍为主要特征。目前,临床对于脊髓型颈椎病且神经根压迫较为严重的患者,经非手术治疗效果不佳时,需及时采取手术治疗,以解除压迫状态。随着外科手术的不断发展,根据患者病情可选择前路手术及后路手术治疗。近年来,融合技术及微创技术的不断发展,使颈椎病的手术治疗效果不断提高。本文主要从脊髓型颈椎病致病因素、前路手术方式、后路手术方式等方面对脊髓型颈椎病的手术治疗进展进行综述。
