摘要
通过FiberSim软件对低曲率三维复合材料零件铺层进行二维化展开,再利用CATIA进行多零件二维排版,完成批量制造零件再设计工作。采用自动铺带编程技术进行多零件编程,最后通过铺带机实现小尺寸、低曲率结构零件的批量化制造。该方法为小尺寸、低曲率结构复合材料制件批量自动化制造提供了一种技术途径,解决了以往只能依靠手工铺贴的问题,大大提高零件制造质量及效率,提高了材料利用率,降低制造成本,同时也为自动铺带机拓展了一个非常好的新应用场景,推动自动铺带技术的应用发展。
FiberSim software was used for two-dimensional expansion of low-curvature 3D composite parts layer.CATIA was used for two-dimensional layout composing of multi-parts,and completing the redesign of batch manufacturing parts.This paper adopts automatic tape laying(ATL)programming technology to carry out multi-part programming,and finally realized the quantity production of small size and low curvature structural parts through ATL machine.The technique provides a means of quantity production for small size,low curvature structure composite parts,and solves the problems that a large number of small size,low curvature composite components,which can only relied on hand laying,so greatly improves the quality and efficiency of parts manufactures,improves the material utilization,and reduces the manufacturing cost.ATL technology provides a very good new application scenarios for composite manufacturing,and promotes the application and development of ATL.
