轻型卷扬机液压盘式刹车系统及其测试台的设计 被引量:3

摘要 在分析某轻型卷扬机对刹车系统要求的基础上,设计了液压盘式刹车系统;基于西门子带CPU的分布式I/O单元IM151-7设计了用于系统功能、性能检验及参数调整的测试台,包括控制电路及PLC程序设计;介绍了液压盘式刹车系统测试和调整的基本方法及步骤。液压盘式刹车系统结构简单、安全可靠、维修保养方便;测试台可对该刹车系统进行手动及自动测试,功能齐全而简洁,易于操作。 Based on the requirement analysis of a light-duty hoister brake system,a hydraulic disc brake system was designed.Based on distributed I/O unit IM151-7 with CPU of Siemens,the system test bench for the function,performance test and parameter adjustment were designed,including the design of control circuit and the design of PLC program.The basic test method and procedure of the system were introduced.The structure of the hydraulic disc brake system is simple,it can work safely and reliably,and it is easy to maintain and repair.The test bench can be used to test the brake system manually and automatically,it has the features of full and simple functions,and easy to operate.
