摘要
介绍了润滑油加氢装置反冲洗过滤器的作用、工作原理以及相关的设备参数,并对过滤器近期因再生效果变差,沉积杂质积累过多而导致的冲洗频率过快问题进行了分析,通过优化生产条件,从原料油质量的管控、反冲洗操作的优化以及对滤芯的处理等方面提出了具体解决方法和措施,最终取得了较好的处理效果,降低了反冲洗频次,维持了装置正常生产。
The function,working principle,and some related equipment parameters of the backwash filter of the lubricant hydrogenation unit are introduced,and the problem of frequent washing caused by the filter’s recent deterioration in regeneration effect and excessive accumulation of the deposited impurities is analyzed. Through optimizing the production conditions,specific solutions and measures are proposed from the aspects of raw oil quality control,optimization of backwash operation,and treatment of filter elements,then finally better results are achieved,the backwash frequency is reduced,and the normal production of the device is maintained.
