摘要
针对《园艺产品贮藏运销学》的课程特点及人才发展需要,在总结其他院校教改经验的基础上,对该课程实验教学的教学内容、教学材料、教学方法、教师队伍、考核方式等方面进行了改革探索,旨在提高学生实践动手能力和创新能力,为培养高水平实用技能型农林人才奠定基础。
Aiming at the course characteristics of storage and transportation of horticultural products and the needs of talent development,based on the teaching reform experience from other colleges and universities,the experimental teaching construction and exploration for this course were made from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching materials,teaching methods,teaching team and evaluation mode,so as to improve the students’practical ability and innovation capability,and lay the foundation for cultivating outstanding applied and skilled agricultural and forestry talents.
