摘要
目的:计算糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)不同检测水平西格玛(σ)值,探讨不同检测水平性能的差异。方法:根据Westgard报道的方法计算西格玛(σ)值,以2019年HbA1c两个不同水平室内质控(IQC)数据累计值为不精密度CV1和CV2,以卫健委HbA1c正确度验证计划数据计算IQC对应水平偏倚Bias1和Bias2,以卫健委室间质量评价标准为总误差(TEa),计算两个检测水平的HbA1c的σ值和质量目标指数(QGI)。结果:HbA1c检测水平1和检测水平2的σ值分别为2.00、3.21,水平1和水平2的QGI分别为1.06、0.35。结论:六西格玛管理方法可以准确评估和改进HbA1c检测系统的性能。
Objective:To calculate the sigma(σ)values in different levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and explore the differences in performance at different detection levels.Methods:Theσvalue was calculated according to the method that reported by Westgard.The accumulative values of indoor quality control(IQC)data at two different levels of HbA1c in 2019 were imprecision CV1 and CV2.The corresponding horizontal offsets Bias1 and Bias2 of IQC were calculated from the HbA1c accuracy verification plan data of the National Health Commission.The total error(TEa)was based on the quality evaluation standard of the National Health Commission.Then theσvalue and the quality target index(QGI)of two HbA1c detection levels were calculated.Results:Theσvalues of HbA1c detection level 1 and detection level 2 were 2.00 and 3.21,and the QGI were 1.06 and 0.35,respectively.Conclusion:The six sigma management method can accurately evaluate and improve the performance of HbA1c detection system.
