摘要
食品安全问题影响着人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。为了解决这一问题,民办高校的食品安全检测专业要结合自身特点,深度开展校企合作,引入现代学徒制,采用翻转课堂的教学方式,形成旨在构建把学生培养成具有食品安全意识、职业素养和职业能力的德才兼备的应用型技术型人才的实践教学体系,以此提高食品安全检测人才的素质及能力,以满足企业对食品检测人才的需要。
Food safety problems affect people’s health and life safety. In order to solve this problem, the food safety testing major in private colleges should combine their own characteristics, deepen university-enterprise cooperation, introduce modern apprenticeship system, and adopt the flipped classroom teaching method, to form a practical teaching system aimed at training students into practical and technical talents with the awareness of food safety, professional quality and professional ability, both ability and political integrity, to enhance the quality and ability of the food safety testing talents, so as to satisfy enterprise’s need for food testing talents.
