摘要
综述"肺与大肠相表里"的研究进展,为今后有关该理论的研究提供参考。通过对"肺与大肠相表里"理论研究、临床研究及实验研究的文献进行整理分析,认为理论研究方面主要涉及经脉络属、阴阳学说及藏象理论;临床研究方面,该理论主要用于指导药物治疗,包括肺病治肠及肠病治肺,针灸治疗应用较少;实验研究,主要从实体结构、粘膜免疫、肠道菌群等方面探讨,近年来有"肠-肺轴"的提法,研究方法及角度更多样。明确这些理论研究,将对"肺与大肠相表里"进一步、深层次的研究提供参考及方向。本文建议对"肺与大肠相表里"的研究要采用多种方法、融合多个领域,尤其是多种组学和系统生物学方法的应用,肺、大肠微生物研究与免疫学研究的结合。
This paper reviews the research progress of"Superficies-Interior Relationship between Lung and Large Intestine"and provides a reference for future research on this theory.Through collating and analyzing the literature of theoretical research,clinical research and experimental research on"Superficies-Interior Relationship between Lung and Large Intestine"theory,it is concluded that theoretical research mainly involves meridians and collaterals,yin-yang theory and viscera theory.In clinical research,this theory is mainly used to guide drug treatment,including lung disease treatment of intestinal and intestinal diseases,and acupuncture treatment is less used;The experimental research mainly focuses on the physical structure,mucosal immunity,intestinal flora and so on.Recently,there is a reference to the"the gut-lung axis",and the research methods and angles are more diverse.To clarify these will provide reference and direction for further and deeper research on"Superficies-Interior Relationship between Lung and Large Intestine".It is suggested that the study of lung and large intestine should adopt various methods,integrate multiple fields,especially the application of omics and system biology methods,and combine the study of lung and large intestine microorganisms with the study of immunology.
