基于障碍检测技术的卷帘门设计与实现

摘要 基于应变片传感器技术,提出具有障碍检测功能的卷帘门控制器。以单片机为核心,监测外界信号,控制执行部件运行,设计一种障碍检测装置,实时监测卷帘门所受阻力。当受外部拉力、托力超过阀值,装置立即停机报警,待人工排障后继续工作。卷帘门关键部位,采取软硬件多重保险措施,提高产品的安全性和容错性。验证试验表明,控制器能够长时间稳定工作,受到40 N以上的阻力时立刻停机,大大降低了产品的安全隐患。 Based on strain gauge sensor technology,a rolling shutter door controller with obstacle detection function was proposed.Using the MCU as the core,it monitored the external signals and controled the operation of the executing parts.A obstacle detection device was designed to monitor the resistance of the rolling door in real time.When the external pulling or supporting force exceed the threshold value,stopped immediately and alarm,and continue to work after manual troubleshooting.In the key parts of the rolling shutter door,multiple security measures of software and hardware were adopted to improve the safety and fault tolerance of the product.The verification test shows that the controller can work stably for a long time and stop the machine immediately when the resistance is more than 40 N,which greatly reduces the hidden danger of the product.
