摘要
我国科技企业孵化器产业在双创的时代背景下迅猛发展。无论在产业规模、基础设施建设还是孵化效果等方面都有所突破,但在快速发展的同时,也存在一些影响其发展的重要问题。运用SCP范式对该产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行分析,得出我国已经确立了科技企业孵化器大国的地位,但区域分布并不均匀,且表现出一定的地理集聚现象。市场绩效在近两年的发展中也出现下降的趋势。针对我国科技企业孵化器产业的发展现状和面临的问题,提出科技企业孵化器产业优化的路径:健全孵化网络;促进"二元主体"的协同发展;打造高水平的管理团队,加强孵化企业集群的管理。研究有助于政府有关部门制定相关产业政策和法规,引导该产业向着良性健康的方向发展。
China's technology business incubator industry is developing rapidly under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.There are breakthroughs in terms of industry scale,infrastructure construction,and incubation effects.Along with rapid development,there are also some important issues that affect its development.Using the SCP paradigm to analyze the industry's market structure,market behavior,and market performance,it is concluded that China has established the status of a large incubator for technology companies,but the regional distribution is not uniform,and it shows a certain geographical agglomeration phenomenon.Market performance has also declined in the past two years.In order to resolve the problems of the technology incubator industry in China,this paper proposes the path of technology enterprise incubator industry optimization:improving the incubation network,promoting the dual-subject collaborative development,and building a high-level management team to strengthen the management of the cluster of incubation enterprises.It will help the relevant government departments to formulate relevant industrial policies and regulations and guide the industry to develop in the direction of benign health.
