摘要
高管团队断裂带作为高管团队构成多样性研究的一个全新视角,逐渐被学者们广泛关注。本文从高管团队断裂带的研究起源与内涵、构成分类与演进脉络、作用效果与机制三个方面对既有研究进行梳理,系统性地构建其作用效果分析框架。在此基础上,本文从断裂带类型划分与内涵界定、活跃断裂带识别与激活、中介机制与情境机制、研究范式与测量方法四个方面总结出现有研究不足,并指出未来可主要从中国本土情境下研究、高管团队断裂带"溢出效应"研究、各类断裂带交互作用研究、断裂带动态演化机制研究、基于"合作身份"的子群间关系研究、隐性断裂带研究六个方向展开。
As a new perspective of diversity of TMT,the TMT faultlines has been paid more and more attention by scholars.Based on the existing research results of the TMT faultlines,this paper sorted out the research origin and connotation,composition classification and evolution,effect and mechanism of the TMT faultlines,and systematically constructed the framework of the analysis of its effect.On this basis,we summarized the shortcomings of existing researches from four aspects:the type classification and connotation definition of TMT faultlines,the identification and activation of active TMT faultlines,the intermediary mechanism and situational mechanism,research paradigm,and measurement methods.At the same time,we pointed out that the future research can be mainly carried out from the following six directions of study:the local Chinese context,the"spillover effect"of TMT faultlines,the interaction of various TMT faultlines,the dynamic evolution mechanism of TMT faultlines,the relationship between subgroups based on"cooperative identity",and the recessive TMT faultlines.
