摘要
调查在门诊“限时限号”政策下,安徽省合肥市门诊患者就诊体验是否得到改善,并分析其影响因素。采用问卷调查方法,调查合肥市内7家公立三级甲等医院的门诊患者;数据采用SPSS 24.0软件进行描述性分析、单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果显示,53.7%的调查对象表示就诊体验得到改善;患者就诊体验是否得到改善的影响因素为对政策的了解程度(P=0.007)、挂专家号的难易程度(P<0.001)和医务人员服务态度的变化(P<0.001)。医院方面应加大对医改政策的宣传力度,并通过一系列方式解决挂专家号困难的问题,改善医护人员的服务态度,以达到改善患者就诊体验的目的。
The purpose of our study is to investigate whether the satisfactory degree of outpatients has been improved in public hospitals of Hefei,Anhui Province under the“registration and consultation time limit”policy,and its influencing factors also analyzed.The data was collected from 7 public tertiary hospitals outpatients in Hefei by questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS 24.0 software by descriptive analysis,univariate analysis,and Logistic regression analysis.The results showed that 53.7%of the respondents indicated that the experience of clinic visiting was improved and the influencing factors including degree of understanding of the policy(P=0.007),the difficulty of the expert consultation(P<0.001)and attitude changing of the medical staff(P<0.001).In order to improving the patient experience,it is necessary to increase the publicity of the medical reform policy,decrease the difficulty in expert consultation and improve the medical staff courtesy through a variety of ways.
