摘要
目的分析了解空军特色医学中心处方点评情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,随机抽取2017年8月-2018年4月门急诊纸质处方和电子处方27436张,从不规范、用药不适宜和超常等方面进行点评分析。结果处方平均用药品种数为2.59种,药品通用名使用率达100%,处方平均金额为230.70元,抗菌药物使用率4.77%,注射剂使用率为1.69%,国家基本药物使用率为13.56%。不合理处方1417张,其中不规范处方768张,用药不适宜处方645张,超常处方4张。结论在采取干预措施和实施本院《规范处方点评及加强合理用药管理的十条刚性措施》之后,以上指标除国家基本药物使用率上升外,其余指标皆有所下降,我院用药基本合理,但仍存在一定的不合理现象,应加以重视,综合管理。
Objective To analyze and comment on prescriptions given by outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug application.Methods Between August 2017 and April 2018,27,436 paper and electronic prescriptions were randomly collected.The retrospective approach was adopted to find out which prescriptions were sub-standard,inappropriate or abnormal and make comments on these prescriptions.Results The types of drugs used averaged 2.59,the rate at which the approved drug names were used was 100%,the average expense on these prescriptions was 230.70 yuan,the usage of antibiotics accounted for 4.77%,compared with 1.69%for injection,and the usage of essential drugs made up 13.56%.There were 1417 imperfect prescriptions,768 of which were sub-standard,645 were inappropriate and 4 abnormal.Conclusion Since the implementation of interventions and guidelines for standardization of prescriptions comments and strengthening rational use of drugs,other indicators have declined except for the increase in the use of national essential drugs.The use of pharmaceuticals in our hospital is basically sound,but there remain some flaws that need to be addressed.
